Concept · not a live business

Your work isn't the problem. Your website is losing you the job.

A service business with an audience it cannot convert. The phone rings, the referrals come in, and everything else goes to a competitor whose site answered a question yours made them ask a person.

Measured read-only · no credentials · every number reproducible
Figures below are from a real audit of a live store. The store is not named.

The deliverable

Not a report. A working page the customer can use at eleven at night instead of waiting for a callback. Arithmetic, not a black box — it runs in the browser and sends nothing anywhere.

Instant quote

Pick a size. Get a price. This is the page.

Runs entirely in your browser. No account, no API key, no per-call cost, nothing to break at 2am. Works on the page even if the site behind it is down.

Method

01

Measure, read-only

No credentials, no login, no writes. If a number cannot be reproduced by someone else, it does not go in the report.

02

Say what is actually costing you

Not a list of everything imperfectly done. The two or three things with a dollar figure attached.

03

Build the one page that pays for itself

The empty form or the dead quote button. Usually already in your sitemap, already linked, already ranking — and empty.

04

Prove it, before and after

The same measurement run again. A defect count that drops is a fix. A claim that cannot be re-measured is a guess.

Usually not the problem

A new website. A redesign. A video pipeline. A logo. Most engagements that quote for those are selling the fix instead of the finding — and the finding is usually that you don't need a new website.

Usually is

One page. One feed. One number you have never published. Small, cheap, and measurable in an afternoon.

Proof the fix landed

Run against a store where every defect was planted on purpose, so a passing result means the check is right rather than merely that it returned a number.

12 checks - 3 fixed, 1 regressed, 8 other

That last row is the most useful thing on the page. Nothing about the store got worse — the newly-priced product genuinely joined the set of items whose “sale price” equals the regular price. A verdict is a prompt to think, not an alarm, which is exactly why it is printed next to the number.
